Watch Avenue Shipping Policy

At Watch Avenue, we strive to offer a seamless and convenient shopping experience. Our shipping policy ensures clarity and transparency for all our customers.

- Free Worldwide Shipping
We provide free shipping on all orders, regardless of your location. Delivery is typically completed within 20 working days, with a maximum timeframe of 30 days for select countries.

- Customs Clearance
We handle the entire customs clearance process for all international shipments. This means you won't have to pay any additional duties or taxes upon delivery. The price you see on our website is inclusive of all taxes, duties, and fees, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

- Additionally:
For certain countries such as Brazil, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and India, customs authorities may still apply import duties or taxes at their discretion. These charges are not always predictable and vary based on local regulations. In such cases, any customs duties or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

- Order Cancellation and Restocking
Once your order is processed, cancellations are not allowed. We will not be able to cater to any cancellation or refund requests once the order is placed and processed by our warehouse.

- Delivery Timeframes and Delays
While we aim to ship all products promptly after receiving payment, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances. Watch Avenue is not liable for any damages or losses caused by delayed shipments.

- Tracking Your Order
Customers will receive a tracking number via email within 5-8 working days after placing their order. We partner with leading courier services such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, Canada Post, and more to ensure reliable delivery.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you with our premium collection of watches!

All Watches are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of shipment.
